Demolition of commercial buildings/structures can also be quite challenging due their location. With our vast experience and highly skilled team, we have a full understanding on what is required to complete complex projects safely, efficiently and with minimal disruptions. At Bunneys Demolitions we follow all OH&S requirements so that our worksites are safe and injury and incident free.
We can arrange the demolition permit, service disconnections and set up site fencing in readiness for the demolition. Bunneys Demolitions are fully licensed asbestos removalists, so if your house contains asbestos we can deal with that also. At Bunneys Demolitions we are committed to recycling as much material as possible and we guarantee at least 90% of all materials will be recycled.
At Bunneys Demolition, we are passionate about recycling and guarantee that our demolition jobs will have a recycling rate of at least 90%. We are committed to salvaging as much material as possible, an at the start of the job we will strip the building of salvageable material and it will be taken to our recycling yard at Virginia, where it will be sorted and then sold to the public.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bunneya demolition or purchasing any demolition products. I found all staff at Bunneys demolition to be cooperative, professional, supportive and assisted with placing and securing items in trailer for which I was extremely grateful.

Really happy with Chris and team in regards to our demolition recently in Brisbane. Had heard some horror stories from other people in regards to Demolition companies but Chris and team kept in contact and answered any questions. We had asbestos (old 1963 house) but Chris kept us informed and the finished product was as expected with no complications and on time. Rachael in the office was also super helpful - thanks again all

We have used materials sourced from Bunneys Demolitions on multiple renovation projects now. Can't recommend the team highly enough. Always helpful and friendly. Great to kick ideas around with and always give great advice on materials. Excellent prices and a really good range . Everytime we visit we come away with materials for the current job, and ideas for the next one :-). If, like us, you prefer to use materials that have had a previous life rather than buying new - they are well worth a visit.
