I had a nasty fall, breaking a window that faced onto the street, late on Friday afternoon. I contacted Discount Glass on my way to hospital and was so impressed with the concern and exceptional service. John arranged for me to let him know when someone got home, and then arrived within half an hour, did a fantastic job replacing and cleaning up all broken glass. When I rang on Monday to request a full invoice for insurance Emma was pleasant and helpful, and promptly sent the invoice. I am very impressed with your service and will highly recommend.

Fantastic service! Friendly and helpful. They were on time, and did a great job replacing our glass sliding door. Very accommodating as we needed the job done asap. Olivia in the office went above and beyond to help us quickly source the matching safety strip that was needed, which they didn't have in stock at the time.
