Brendan was very efficient in his work and had our cool room back and running in an hour and a half all fixed. He diagnosed and repaired an electrical fault also topping up our gas. He was friendly and informative, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality job. Thanks again for your help, the technical staff came early this morning, which is really good for us.

It doesn't take long to recognise these guys are a professional outfit. From the quick response, clear communication, upfront and fair fees but most importantly an expert despatched to your site that can quickly diagnose and provide a plan to solve the issue in a dilligent manor that has the customers interest at heart and not how to inflate the bill into a telephone number. We have used BM for several years now to service our kitchen coolroom and save us from random malfunctions. Brendan ALWAYS gets back to your messages quickly, arranges same/next day service, is polite, knowledgeable, and efficient!!! Can't really say anything negative about this company. This last Sunday night our coolroom temperature rose to 26C and after contacting Brendan, he had Brett come the next morning to fix the problem. He was also excellent to deal with. VERY happy and recommend these guys to anyone!!
