Awesome customer service. When I first met Steve I was impressed with his service told him I didn't want to face angry tradesmen because I couldn't move furniture....Ryan who did my floors couldn't be any nicer made what was a huge job of ripping up carpets and flooring and installing new boards throughout the house painless

We had discussions with a number of carpet shops and received quotations from them. At the end, we decided to use Diamond Valley Carpet for the following reasons:
Kay and Steven's service is very professional and friendly. They put customer first. They recommend what would suit the customer best instead of being solely profit motivated. Steven recommended not to replace the tiles with the floorboard considering the conditions of the tiles and the associated cost and gave us very good recommendations on renovation.
They sell carpets with great qualities and very reasonable price. We are very happy

I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and the staff at Plenty Valley Carpets to anyone in need of carpeting. We had the guys install new carpet in the three bedrooms of the house we were renovating and could not be happier.
The project was completed over two separate installation dates, with no fuss, at the times we were promised and, just to help even further, the balance of the carpet not installed on the first visit was stored by the guys in their warehouse for twelve months.
