CALIDAD Industries is a Western Australian manufacturer and supplier of eco-friendly skylights, whirlybirds, commercial and industrial ventilators, window insulators, extraction fans and other Energy Efficiency Products. Established in 1988, we have been providing natural lighting and ventilation solutions to homes and businesses in Perth and across Australia for over 25 years.
At Calidad Industries we work closely with Architects discussing project requirements to fully understand design requirements and constraints to determine the best natural lighting and ventilation solutions to be incorporated into the project design. Calidad Industries want to ensure that the building design provides a stable, healthy and cost effective environment for the building and its occupants.
At Calidad Industries, we provide skylight installation services in Perth and across Western Australia. Shocking service, waited 2 weeks for someone to come out to my property to give a quote however, from the moment the sales person arrived he made me feel like he did not want to be there & would not listen to what I was asking for and just kept trying to sell me electric sky lights. 10 days later I still have not received any quotes or heard from the company .
Funny how the moment I posted this review the next day the company keeps calling me regarding the quote.

We first made contact via email on July, 1st - NO RESPONSE.
We then called to follow up our email and was told to send another email through to Admin@calidad. Which we did on July, 3rd - NO RESPONSE.
The lady told us she will forward our email on to the appropriate person and we will get a call sometime.
We googled reviews for Calidad Industries and saw a response from Rod with a email address for Sales@calidad. We emailed expressing our disappointment in not hearing from anyone with regards to our skylight installation enquiry On July, 13 - NO RESPONSE AGAIN.
Unfortunately we are now seeking

From quote to install, Calidad team was great. Rod gave good advice and was able to install within a short time frame. A little problem came up upon install with electrical cables. Rod answered my text straight away despite being outside working hours and he was onsite early morning the very next day to help us solve the problem. This is what good customer service is about.

Great service to get the sale but unfortunately that's where it ended. Have been waiting 4 weeks for windows that i was told were at worst 10 days.
I called different people of 5 separate occasions and was promised a call back that never happened. The latest where i requested the order number for Velux to allow me to contact them direct at which point i was hung up on saying she was too busy.
My roof is now waiting for skylights that i have no idea when will arrive, with Calidad simply not returning calls or providing answers.
Use this company at your own risk.

From the moment I rang requesting a quote their communication was very good. Nonny was my contact, quoted my requirements and as from the way it was handled I decided to accept their quote. A date and time was arranged and the fitter did an admiral and a very prompt job. I did not get his name but he was first class. The end result was so good that I got them back to fit a third skylight. Very well done Calidad and you are being recommended in the retirement village where we live. Alex, Murdoch
