I have been using these guys for about 5 months now, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
With all of the construction they’re currently doing, I got locked inside the complex one night for 4 hours with no way to exit. The staff on the phone were incredibly unhelpful, wouldn’t get me in contact with anyone, said the manager would contact me when they could but as it was 10:30 at night at the time, it obviously wasn’t going to be until the next morning. The staff were incredibly rude, I was distraught and the issue was only solved by me leaving my car in the complex, jumping the fence

I am very happy with Welshpool Storage Unit to keep it safe and easy to access 24/7 at my own time during and after hrs even public holiday when needed.
Also I am very happy how Welshpool Storage Unit got 24/7 Mobile App to use when you at the gate without have to get out of vehicle when Mobile app is easy to use at your finger point when arrived at the gate.

I recommended to anyone needed storage unit short or long term as well for business that needed achieved good safe without costing too much

We have the smallest storage unit available. It is an odd shape but cheap at $84 per month. $6 per month for insurance up to $5k worth of items in storage and the people are friendly and easy to talk to. We have come multiple times to take and add items as needed within 24/7 hours. Quick access and usually easy to move around although we have found some times people are blocking the way to our storage unit and on one occasion we had to go the wrong way. Storage trailer and van have either always been booked - even in advance or recently were under mechanical servicing so couldn't get used. Only

This place is extremely difficult to deal with. when you sign up everything is happy, smiles and roses, but be aware. This is a completely automated system and the customer service is terrible. Every time emails get sent they get marked as spam because their domain has been blacked listed (which can be easily fixed by them but wont) so you will have to proactively go looking for their invoices and info emails in your junk folder and hope that your email provider doesn't delete them before you get to them. When I signed up, I was told they don't do direct debt and found out later after missing my
