I booked Clem's Electrical to install an external powerpoint. I was informed that the job would be carried out on the forthcoming Monday. Monday arrived and there was no pitch. No phone call to offer an explanation. That level of unreliability in my industry is unacceptable.

I'm a chef in the local Centenary suburbs and was running the kitchen at the Pepper Lounge, our hot water system broke Friday morning just before the busiest part of the week. We called Clem and informed him of the situation. He bought as a new water heater and replaced the old one all before lunch service. Efficient reliable and very affordable. The service was excellent and detailed. They gave me various advice in details and talked with me to make my house a safe environment and even negotiated payment plans so that I will be able to comfortably afford it out of my pension progressively. I have asked them to be my "Electrical Doctor" so I know who to contact to help me out professionally with sincerity in the future,. I have also witnessed the excellent apprenticeship support and training happening, that is so valuable for our future young people. Well done. Clems Electrical!!
