Michael from Richmond Air is brilliant. We met up early on in our build process, he explained everything and ran me through the best systems. We were quoted $13k for a 10kw system from a big name company. We ended up getting a 16kw Daikin system at a better price. Whilst they installed it, they were in contact with me regarding any issues but offered solutions as well. Would strongly recommend to everyone to go with him. The best in the business by a long way.
