Just... doesn't show up? No warning or heads up either, just total radio silence while I wait around for him. When I tried to contact him, he missed my phone call (which on its own is fair enough), but ignored my text message as well, for which I had read receipts enabled so I KNOW he saw it. What gives?
If I needed this done in a hurry for a reason (say, for a rental inspection) I'd be completely screwed. Luckily this wasn't the case.

Paul did an amazing job of our mum's whole garden when we were preparing the house for sale. He was so easy to deal with, competitively priced, responsive to emails as well as getting the job done in exactly the time he said. He even sent a separate message to remind us to water the new plants. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone who would like to experience exceptional customer service.

In regards to my experience with Paul, he seemed like a straight and fair guy and gave me an average quote, I had told him the importance of why the gardening was to be done as I had guests arriving that weekend but unfortunately Paul somehow double booked on the day he was meant to arrive and I was unable to find a replacement in the short amount of time I had. Therefore I am sure he is good at his work, which I have yet to experience but extremely disappointed in regards to reliability. No call to apologise just text messages after I had called him multiple times. Not very professional indeed
