My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Bonney Refrigeration. With COVID19 we thought we would be waiting for months (if not years) True to their word the system was installed in two weeks. The installers were on time, extremely courteous and polite and no problem was too great. I would recommend Bonney Refrigeration to anyone who requires a prompt, no fuss service

The reviews below are all from the same customer who won’t pay there bill so we had to get the debt collector on to them. As you can see they said we fixed ducted heat - we don’t fix domestic heating or cooling just stories to give a bad rating, unfortunately google not listening to us and not removing reviews. Bonney Refrigeration and Michael in particular have always looked after my commercial fridges, even going so far as to answer all of my questions via text messages and going above and beyond whenever I have needed assistance. I have had a couple of fridges in the past for my cake business and have always been happy with the service provided. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks again guys.

I am sure this company has nothing to do with repairing refrigerator failures and they rely on guesswork owner of the company sits in his office and sends inexperienced workers and guesses the type of malfunction In the end the type of repair is less than the materials used and the cost price. I do not advise dealing with them before 5 months ago repaired cost $3100 and now I changed the motor again to a new one .

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CROWD They are rip offs When mechanic arrived he wanted to see the book had no idea what to look for to fix our Brivis ducted heating pulled thinks apart then on the mobile to his mate for HELP not knowing the problem he wanted to take all parts away and that would cost $1600. plus WE SAID NO WAY. was charged $150 for nothing. Still sitting in the cold.and dont know what the problem is.
