We are absolutely thrilled with the look and performance of our brilliant replacement German Aluplast upvc low E, argon,double glazed sliding windows ,with matching fly screens, and smart-slide door. (White on the inside and Anthracite grey on the outside).
After extensive online research, 3 quotes and 3 visits to the Dandenong factory and many emails later, we were satisfied that by choosing Astellite we had the best product at the best price!

Windows are gorgeous, totally changed the room. No drafts and noise like I had with old wind out windows. Mario and Peter were so helpful and answered all my questions. They are very neat and I was expecting a big cleaning job (as you do after Renos) but I was surprised at how little there was for me to do after installation. Would absolutely recommend and will be getting them back to replace some more after seeing how good they look.

Amazing product compared to others we saw and ahd way better lead time(which I was suspicious about) but they actually started way earlier. Mario's and his team's expertise was second to none and incredibly collaborative from the outset. Their customer service prior to, and during installation was out of this world, and they were the only company to actually come out with no prompting to look at all the windows and the house prior to quoting. Best installation experience yet with no variations for a very difficult old install. Sales team are the actual installers, not a Sales Rep with no technical

In replacing all of the old timber frame, single pane windows and doors in our house, I shopped around for a good 6 months to find the perfect double glazed solution.
We first considered uPVC however the first product we looked at seemed too plasticky and the quote was exorbitant. We then considered an alternate material for the frame however were not satisfied with only a one-point locking mechanism on offer for the doors.
We then came across Astellite’s windows and doors in a showroom at Euro Projects Group in Northcote and realised they were everything we were looking for. Being uPVC I immediately

We are very happy with our new windows.
Even the builder they hired to remove the old and install the new windows was great. Worked neatly and fast.
Astelite takes pride in their work and will deliver as promised. We had a couple of issues with adjustments to be made, a broken window that had to be reordered and a spare part

After shopping around for 4 months, talking to all different companies I decided to go with these guys.
I meet sam out at my holiday house to quote me up.
I was very happy with the price and the work started 2 weeks after my quote was given to me.
I must admit, the guys that did the install where nothing but a 10 out of 10, even cleaned up after them self unlike other window companies I have used in the past.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone that's looking for pvc windows.

I can’t say anything was wrong with the other 2 companies but these pvc profiles were the best quality among them 3.
Mario came at the agreed time and did the initial quote. I received it on the next day.
Mario advised that he has no time to bargain and all these “psychological games”. He respects the client and won’t be blowing price up just for that purpose. I found it really funny as the other quotes were 30-40% higher and salesmen got down to the similar level
