Great service, not over priced compared with others companies, receptionist was so polite and helpful and very happy with theirs job putting 3 fans and lights on my verandah. I needed a tricky light fixed on vacating a rental, but was overseas at the time. Being abroad, I couldn't call to arrange an electrician so sent a few emails and Florence electrical was the only one to answer. Alex was friendly, helpful, polite, nothing was too hard. A few challenges with the RE, the worst fluorescent light I've ever seen and my being overseas didn't worry the Florence team. Job done, done well, reasonably priced and on time. Can't fault them, would give 6/5 stars. Will go straight to Florence next time I need a sparky.

Exceptional! This is NOT a typical Darwin trade service. Early to booked appointments, communication was excellent, friendly and responsive to needs from quote to completion of job. We contacted Florence Electrical to have an air con & and an external power socket installed & the whole process from our first enquiry through to getting the job done, was handled really well. These guys were friendly, knowledgeable, turned up on time & ensured the whole process ran smoothly. Their work was professional & finished off neatly. I contacted this mob and spoke with Alex about 7:30 on a Sunday. My power points were out after I’d drilled through a wire. Super helpful. Gave me all the options, and even a work around to get through the weekend. I decided to get it fixed then and there, and they sent Josh by about 9:30. Josh was professional, polite, tidy and seemed to really know his business. Start to finish, processes, efficiency, professionalism all to a high quality.

These guys installed an electric gate for me. They were super professional, installed without fuss in a quick time. Gates worked perfectly (just in time for late wet season storms). Their communications before and during the job were excellent and they have great follow up care as well. A pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them for anybody who wants hassle-free service.

Thank you to Alex and his mate for doing excellent job for the installation of Rangehood and the installation and supply of solar gate setup with battery backup. Alex explained what he will do before start, and explained very clearly after he had done. Very efficient and left the area nice and clean. Great work from quoting to finish. I am very appreciated that Alex did extra on the solar gate setup in order to make my fence look nice with the gate opener. I recommend Florence for all electrical work. We had Alex come round and not only listen to what we wanted done but offered excellent advice and ideas on how to upgrade and install things we hadn’t even thought of. Josh and Harrison came around and did all the work and everything was fantastic. From initial quote to finished product we were kept informed the pricing was fair and reasonable everyone was on time and all the work and fixtures etc was exactly what we wanted. Very professional as I said definitely recommend

I was very very happy with the service I received. Lovely people to deal with. Fast and sufficient. And very competable prices. The tenant was happy that she could speak to a Greek recently ( bonus ) The tenant mention the technicians were very friendly and explained things to her. Will highly recommend Florance Electrical. We cannot recommend Florence electrical highly enough. After about 15 calls and messages to after hours electrician in an emergency situation they were the only ones who bothered to return our call. Florance Electrical were generous enough for give away 2 security lights inc installation. We were the winners of this amazing prize and it was so needed. After a number of unlawful entrances on our property we were in need of some security upgrades. Unfortunately security screens had to come before lights so winning this was just perfect. The installation was easy to organise and they left the place the way it was before they began. Would I use or recommend Florance Electrical again? Without a doubt.
