Rob was very friendly, professional and on time. Unfortunately the carpets were left very wet and still soaked socks when walked on 24 hours later (despite being told this time duration would be adequate for drying). Our windows were dripping with condensation and our skirting boards on window ledges were very wet (still concerned about the damage this might cause). We had to leave the whole house heating on 25 degrees for another 24 hours before we could walk on them ($$$).

Rob answered my S.O.S. call at an early hour and although he was extremely busy he was able to send Glen with my sketchy directions and both guys were happy to help us solve our carpet problem.
We certainly put Glen through the ringer, getting him lost coming to our remote property for urgent flood damage to our busy bnb accommodation but he was the consummate professional. He sorted our issue swiftly and was able to advise on what we should do to help the drying process.
Well done, highly recommend, saved our bacon!

Rob was extremely efficient, friendly and fantastic price.
I called him on a Thursday advising him that my end of lease was Monday and I was hoping that he could come in and steam clean the floors.
Rob quoted me a very good price for the clean, he didn't even need to come out for a quote and gave me one over the phone.
Not only was he more than willing to fit me in to his busy schedule but he also understood that I'd already had my electricity switched off.
He advised he has a generator in the van and also was also happy to write up a receipt for the real estate.
I got my full bond back and

We had Rob and Chris clean the carpets in our house today. I must say that they were not only very professional but they did a wonderful job and the carpets look fantastic. They finished the whole house in really good time and I'm so happy with the results. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend them any time.
