The Berwick features a curved front that will complement most home decors, and is capable of heating an area of approximately 180 square meters. Super friendly staff all around. Every time we went to the showroom the sales staff remembered us by name and what product we were looking at installing. Installation team were fabulous, extremely neat and helpful, they made no mess and were very accommodating. I don't know if it's the entire sales team at Mr. Stoves, but Brian, Jesse and Luke all came happily to my rescue the past two (VERY COLD) days when my wood heater stopped working. Whether it was an educational experience with Brian out in the workshop showing me why I was using the wrong wood (causing the blockage), Luke helpfully demonstrating how I might fix that on a similar model in the showroom, or Jesse on the phone reassuring me I'd put the baffler plate back in the correct position, each interaction was polite, friendly, helpful and most importantly for this poor tropical flower who thought

Today we had our new Vogue Pintel wood stove delivered and installed. This was the culmination of what was a great experience from start to finish.
The start was a detailed discussion at the Mr Stoves showroom with Brian Douglass. There we learned about the product range and came away with detailed information and excellent guidance regarding the wood stove to meet our needs. A couple of days later we placed the order.
Between order placement and installation, I had need to ask a few more questions and received excellent assistance from Jesse.
The finish was today when the Mr Stoves installation
