Desperate to discover what type of roof mounted air con my Boulder dump had. I sent photos to Paris and she immediately identified my Heritage unit. Replacement pads were ordered and within a few days Paris emailed me to say they were in stock. Paris has been a complete professional every step of the way. Nothing has been too much trouble. Highly recommended as THE place for all air conditioning requirements. Paris tells me she is an installer also. Full package!!

Customer Service is non existent.
It doesn’t always pay to try and look after local businesses they mustn’t need the business.
I called on a Monday to book an air con service, was told someone would ring back to organise, they sent me an invoice for the job within minutes of taking my call, for job that hadn’t even been booked in or done. Two days later I rang them back because no one had called me. Was told that they would call me later that day or the next day to organise. I waited until Friday still no call from them, so I called them again and finally they managed to get a technician

The service that I recently received from John Hoye at Hearns Heating was outstanding. His communication both written and verbal was very professional and his technical advice & knowledge regarding woodfires was amazing. Thank you John for your help!

Would highly recommend this Store - They just had a Big SALE I got a bargain save over $700 on a Beautiful cast iron Fire from Canada. outstanding customer service. Paris was the best :)

I went in to see about a new air con they have new showroom its under new management from last year I wanted a change over on my old Air Con.
They were so go and helpful and friendly. will be using them again when a need a new fireplace next year.

The Team at Hearns Heating and Cooling did a great job organising the removal of our very old A/C and installing our new Evaporative Aircon system. It's also great to know that the system we chose is locally made here in WA. Their price was competitive and we would highly recommend the Hearns Heating and Cooling team in Midland ! Thanks guys.

Would highly recommend these guys to anyone - very professional, great selection of stock, outstanding customer service and just all round nice people. We bought some equipment from the previous business owners that wasn't right for us and were worried we'd be left footing the bill. Hearns Heating & Cooling MIDLAND. If I could give zero stars I would. After sending multiple pictures of the fire place with the serial number, taking measurements of the required fire bricks and explaining that this is EXACTLY what I need, after speaking to them when they decided it was a good time to get back to me, after following up multiple times, THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG! Bricks are the wrong size. After this experience I feel it's going to be to difficult to return them. You get to keep my money because of your poor service. Well done, you won't see me ever again.
