Because zero stars wasn’t an option. No concept of customer service. Don’t be tempted because of the cheap prices - you get what you pay for. A year waited to replace a faulty blind and still waiting on a replacement faulty remote control. You’ll ring the office 10 times before you might get some action; if you’re lucky. The technicians are very young and inexperienced and drill holes to demonstrate the lack of skill. I could go on and on but I think you get the point... I never cease to be amazed at the trainwreck that is “All About Blinds”...
