The guy that came out was on time, super friendly and absolutely wonderful. Explained what he was going to spray and do around the house and checked in with me if needed. We talked through avoiding the garden and our bees and his philosophy was the same with regards to bees and avoiding spaying which was comforting.

The fellas rocked up in a timely manner and went about their methodical business. I showed them a pile of insect wings around a small cavity fissure in a concrete path at the base of the front brick wall; they closely examined and informed this was a benign species. After the entire inspection was completed, they were happy to supply a verbal indication to give me immediate peace of mind. They made it very clear an official report would also be emailed soon after. Great stuff from the friendly duo, happy to see these fellas again.

Cannot recommend AllPro pest control enough. I m not usually a reviewing type however they were that good so I thought I would. They’re fantastic, they came out on time and explained everything to us. Price was very reasonable for us and we were happy they were available to come out to us quickly. Was such a relief seeing the ants that had taken over our home and we had tried numerous times ourselves to kill, finally dropping dead from the roof and walls. Thankyou heaps, we really appreciate it !
