Brilliant service, Susan and Les go above and beyond all other agents I have used. When they say they are open 24 hours 7 days a week they mean it! They have been so supportive and have been there when all was seeming to fall over, giving me all the reassurances needed. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Susan and Les were fantastic. We live 250 miles away and they sold our property in the middle of a pandemic!
One potential buyer told us that Les was 'extremely knowledgeable' about the cottage and its history so that when 'lockdown' allowed them to view the property they felt they already knew it.
They always called us back promptly if we left a voicemail and Susan always responded very quickly to emails.
We would highly recommend them to anyone. They certainly know their market and gave us excellent advice.

We purchased a property from Profile homes and received an excellent service from beginning to end. Fantastic communication throughout, exceptionally helpful with any complications that arose with acting solicitors. Both Susan and Les went the extra mile on more than one occasion , buying and selling a house is always stressful but they gave us all the support we needed to make it as stress free as possible.

We bought through Profile Homes and sold eight and a half years later through Profile Homes. When we bought we found Les and Susan to be very honest, they take great photos and their property descriptions are the best on the market. When we decided to sell there was only one choice of agent and that was of course Profile Homes.
It wasn't an easy time to sell as the transaction was completed during the Covid lockdown and it was very frustrating at times. Les & Susan kept the momentum of our sale and purchase going and we were kept informed and up to date throughout the process. We were very lucky
