I had a few issues with my tiled roof, I rang APT and had an inspection booked straight away. The estimator showed up on time, very polite and professional. The quote was detailed, easy to understand and reasonably priced. Had the work completed within two weeks of acceptance! I would highly recommend these guys.

APT roofing were sent via Strata. John came to replace broken tiles on unit next door and the following week came to replace broken tiles above my unit. He told me he saw the broken tiles above my unit when he was replacing tiles next door. We had to pay for 2 visits instead of what should have been 1. The girl in their office couldn't get her facts correct.

They were punctual, arriving on the arranged time and date and did the work on schedule and on time. I was very happy with the standard of work and the communication about the job. Lovely guys but have had them out three times To repair leaks, spent over 7k with them and tried to get them out again to look at the leaks again as still leaking from initial repairs and now they are just not returning any calls for over two weeks despite the amount we have spent with them. As I said when you get in touch with them they are lovely to deal with but roof still leaking and now not returning calls.

APT were very professional and were willing to help fix a job botched by cowboys who ripped my mother off with shoddy work. APT diagnosed the problems, provided a solution and completed a professional job. The installers were professional and polite. We were recommended Apt roofing by a family friend. Zak delivered a timely, competitive and comprehensive quote. The final quote required alterations but this was explained to us in advance with appropriate justification.
Zak and the team were very easy to communicate with by phone or email. They were also flexible around my shift work, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, we were pleased with the final result and I would not hesitate to engage their services for future work.

We engaged APT to re-roof our home a couple of years ago, since then, there hasn't been a single leak and the new roof looks awesome. We had Dean to visit our place a couple of times after the re-roofing was done. Though no defects or problems were found. I had a leaking roof. I checked APT out through Dept of Fair Trading and found they had a good record and all necessary documents. The quote was provided promptly and the repair was done within a week. The repair was done expertly and thoroughly and photos were taken to show me the repairs at all stages. The price was very reasonable compared with the time taken and materials used. I'm very happy with their service.

I have been let down a couple of times with tradesman. However the level of service I received from Tony and his team was great. They turned up when they said. Even though we had other unforeseen issues with our property,the roof looked amazing when it was finished. Can’t recommend they enough. Thanks again.
