Our ducted aircon system caught fire in march 2018. We had the insurance company evaluate and we needed an entire new system and being based in Brisbane the system had to work 24/7 in serious humidity in the summer.
Adam and his team at Adshel quoted the best price and the best system. They were very patient with the insurance company.
When the install day came they worked from 6:30am to 6:30pm and all the guys were happy and tidy!!
Now we have an amazing system, installed amazingly and I can't recommend Adam from Adshel highly enough.
If there were 6 stars They would have got it.

Technicians failed to arrive at appointed date without calling to reschedule or apologising, when they did turn up they failed to install my air con units correctly. When I had them back they broke a part for which I had to wait weeks for them to return and replace, unable to use the air con. In the meanwhile the initial 40% deposit which was paid prior to any work being carried out was invoiced an additional two times. That's more than a thousand dollars they tried to overcharge me, twice. Do not use these guys, very unreliable and will try to cheat you.
