I installed Actron 19 KW Ducted Air Conditioner Octrober 2013 in Sydney.
4th time Soft Starter issue, my unit stops working when the weather is really hot. Soft Starter failed immediately after Installation October 2013. Again failed 2016 November, again 2019 November. Actron has got serious issue with its Soft Starter. Actron completed post-installation check and confirmed everything alright. It is now become so UNRELIABLE machine. NEVER EVER go for

Had actronair installed in my brand new home which cost aprox $30,000 after a year the controller started playing up, took my chances and called them directly instead of going through the builders warranty. Suprisingly my problem got fixed within 5minutes with the technician over the phone knowing the product on the top of his head.

The Air conditioner Platinum ESP is significantly noisier (10dB) than the published data and it increases the humidity in my house (AC is supposed to reduce humidity (when cooling) Actron even stated that in emails).
Actron conducted tests that prove it is too noisy and increasing humidity but they claim it is working satisfactorily. With Fair Trading now
If you have an Actron AC buy something to measure humidity and check your unit is not increasing humidity like mine is. High humidity causes mould and other health problems

Would like to thank Ahmed and Kulwinder for repairing my Actron ducted air conditioner today. Diagnosed the fault in quick time, had the required replacement parts and completed all the repairs in approximately 1.5 hrs. Even cleared all the leaves from the outdoor unit. These two blokes had intimate knowledge of how to diagnose the issues and to carry out the necessary repairs. Thanks for a job well done!

I had a pretty bad experience contacting customer service.
They DO NOT OWN their interactions with customers. Lot of finger pointing to get a solution for a problem that I am facing right now.
They have recommended a wrong model for my home and when installed I am not able to fully utilise the zoning features. ( including Auto Function).
The installer tell me to switch on all zones when I am at sleep. Why should I do that if I am sleeping only in a single bedroom ?
My son (5 months) was choking in his room when we cried late night and the room was extremely hot when we we get there. It seems

Terrible customer service. Brand new heater/air conditioner. Never worked. After 7 weeks of trying to get through to them and 2 attempts to fix it because they said they do not replace with a new one they fix them. This unit is past fixing. I sent a complaint email and now they are finally replacing it. Would never get Actron Air again

Awful Experience. Unit has been a lemon from day 1. Do NOT buy Actron. Particularly if you live in a cool climate. They are absolute hunks of junk and freeze up and provide very poor heating. I cannot believe how terrible this system is. So noisy too.Constant back and forth with service agents coming out and replacing components with no success. Way behind the rest it seems. I really wish I had my time over again. NEVER AGAIN!

We have had an Actron Air system in our home for over 10 yrs now and could not be happier. The efficiency of the system is fantastic and we are more than comfortable in both summer and winter conditions. It copes very well in high demand and also in extreme conditions. The options of settings in each room makes is very easy to have each room perfect.
All my family have Actron Air systems and l would highly recommend Actron Air to anyone. Most of all they are Australian owned and that is a big tick from me. Thank you Actron Air.

As a cooling and heating system it has been fantastic. It's efficient and performs very well.
It also has a remote access feature where you are able to manage the system from your mobile device.
It's called Actron Connect and it's not great...
This system sits on "a server" and the solution has never performed particularly well but about a week ago it stopped completely. They sent out an advice letting everyone know but nothing since.
It would seem that Actron has not considered any form of redundancy

Most thorough, polite & courteous Technicians came out to check my aircon today. He patiently helped me navigate the control panel and explained how it works. The worst service ever. We have sent a warranty request to ActronAir on 16th Aug 2019 and it is now 2 weeks they have not fixed the heater yet. Their contractor had a look at the unit last week and said they had to order a part. ActroAir have not followed it up with them until I called them again yesterday and realised after one week they just were going to send the part to contractor yesterday and we still have not heard from them yet!

I had the air conditioning installed today the people who installed were professionals at what they did they were on time & it was installed in a matter of hours. They also showed me how to use the air con on the touch pad all in all a great outcome. I will recommend Actron Air Conditioning to people who are interested in such a product.

The most useless aircon system I've ever known. Had it for 6 summers and it has broken down 5 out of those 6. Get a hot day and it faults. Always in the lead up to Christmas when it's impossible to get a technician out. An enormous waste of $20,000 on a full ducted system. Previously had Daikin for 12 years without one single fault. Worst decision we made

Bought a ducted add on unit from Aircon Warehouse. It's a 3 phase unit Model No. SCR203C.
My old Brivis unit died, this replacement slotted in nicely, I had to make some adjustments with the ducting as the evap unit is wider and needed an adapter that A/C W'house ordered for this model. Electrical was easy, switches the Gas heating/Air Con cooling via the existing 24v supply box mounted on my gas unit. Installed it and pumped out 3.6 degrees from the vents, super cool and about 1/10th the noise of my old Brivis unit, can't believe I waited so long to install it. If I had to pick anything bad would
