I needed to install a few blinds in my office and they were able to come out at a time that fit my schedule and were very courteous. They even took the time to explain how to use them which was really helpful as I am not one to usually read directions, but again they made it easy! My blinds look great and work perfectly!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was given a quote, they took my $1000.00 deposit -then a week later reneged, saying they couldn’t do it for “that cheap” (wasn’t cheap). Impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when you finally do it’s an answering service and no one calls you back!!! Very very rude, condescending reply from general manager after I’d asked for a confirmation email of promised refund. Wish I had read comments before signing up with the pushy salesperson (who bagged all other companies’ products.) I’m grateful now because I saved almost $500 for exact same product

Followed up by poor service the whole way through and then a product that was certainly not what i was sold and installers left damage to my property and were rude. It has been months and still not resolved and no one gets back to you. Quality = Lies.

So my neighbour got outdoor blinds from this business and they looked decent enough. I called up to get a rough quote to see if it was in the ball park of what I wanted to spend. I had exact dimensions and colours etc. I was told that they don't do that, which is fair enough, but to then be interrogated about who the neighbour was, what my email address was, name, etc. just to organise an in person "free" quote was a bit full on. I ended up ringing back to organise a time and they insisted on asking whether I was married, then what my wife's name was, and that they would only come out if both myself

We decided to use this company, and it has been an ongoing struggle/battle to get the damage repaired by the installers. They are only minor things we could do ourselves or pay somebody to. The point is for the cost. Things like this should not be an issue as they sell themselves as a premium brand. The installers also made my partner feel uncomfortable and tried to pressure her to sign off on unfinished work on two occasions.

Boy! If I had read these reviews before we purchased, I would never have gone ahead. I agree with some of the comments. I'm used to getting at least 3 quotes before I make a decision on spending a lot of money. My husband organised for a salesman to come out to see us. He was friendly and a true salesman. He was also a bit pushy for me and I wasn't confident with the way he was measuring and giving us the huge 1 hour plus spiel.
Then to be told if we treat the presentation as a quote, it will cost more.
So if we signed up and paid a deposit there and then we'd get a better price....I was so nervous
