The Kitchen Design Centre is privately-owned by Michael Simpson and Peter Schelfhout, who have over 60 years design and build experience between them.

Mike and Pete, two Aussie mates who own The Kitchen Design Centre, and founded Perennial, their kitchen manufacturing business, know this all too well. Together, they grew and developed their small business into a booming enterprise, creating employment opportunities in Melbourne and becoming trusted leaders in the industry.
Michael Simpson is one of the founding Directors at Kitchen Design Centre. His experience in design and cabinet making kitchens extends over 20 years. With a strong passion for kitchen design, Michael puts in every effort to design a kitchen that best suits the client's needs, without compromising on aesthetic.

We did a full renovation of our kitchen through Kitchen Design Centre and couldn't be more pleased. Our designer Corey was great and so were the installers. The arrived on time always and completed the job without any issues. A very professional bunch!
Their showroom is great with a number of full kitchen displays, definitely worth visiting.
Their cabinets are very sturdy and are of high quality.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This is The Kitchen Design Centre's second showroom and it’s equally as stunning as it’s original showroom at 3 Bridge Road, Eltham. If anything, it’s bigger, despite looking smaller, with more kitchens on display.
The brilliant thing about the Kitchen Design Centre is that the kitchens are full-size, complete kitchens. You don’t have to imagine yourself in a full-size version, unlike the partial displays in most kitchen showrooms.
