It feels like I have a brand new home. Lars has now successfully completed two major home renovations for me, the most recent being our current home in Artarmon.

Three Crown Building use a team of qualified licensed and insured tradesmen to make sure the job is completed to a high standard. Three Crown Building was founded by Lars Andersson in 1987. Lars acquired his craftsmanship in Carpentry and Building in Sweden, before moving to Australia as a builder in Mona Vale, where he carried out home repairs and renovations.
Three Crown Building has been Building and Renovating homes on the Northern Beaches for 30 years. Over that time we have experienced every aspect of building and renovating from million dollar plus need builds to small decks and pergolas. We cater for all budgets big and small and pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality workmanship on time and on budget.
During the course of 2011 we engaged Three Crown Building to undertake a major renovation to our house in Clareville, NSW. The work included significant structural work as a part of a redesign of the upper level. Overall the quality of workmanship and project management was of an exceptional standard and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

Adam and Lars have been fabulous to deal with from the initial catch up to the very end. I found them both extremely professional, impressive workmanship, attention to detail, they were easy to communicate with, and our job was quite a challenging one with difficult access and topography to deal with and their exceptional problem solving and building skills meant that the job ran smoothly with the minimal hold ups.
Adam's whole team work with integrity, exceptional build quality, they are polite, neat and tidy and were a pleasure to deal with.
