Give your deck a facelift with Timbertop Floor Sanding's affordable sanding, polishing and refinishing services. Exterior timber decking, stairs and landings are constantly exposed to the elements. Is your outdoor entertaining area or deck showing signs of wear and tear? Planks starting to buckle and cup, or water soaking in to the timber, instead of running off?
We do our best to remove stains however water or other liquid stains may sometimes still be visible. No, we don't recommend filling gaps between timber floorboards. Timber floors expand and contract and this natural movement would cause any filler to crack. In some cases you may be able to stay in the building however we do recommend you stay elsewhere for a few days.
With a little TLC your timber floors will last a lifetime. At Timbertop Floor Sanding, our Cairns team has put together some simple maintenance tips to help you keep your newly finished floor looking its best. Use a damp mop once a week to wash your floors, timber floors should be cleaned using as little water as possible.
