Ben and his team did a great job renovating my bathroom. I've done lots of renovations in the past, and Ben was by far the easiest to deal with, the most friendly, and professional of all the tradies I have met. Nothing was too much trouble, he was accommodating with changes, provided advice, and sent lots of updates and photos along the way. He really cares about doing a good job and making sure you are happy.The results are outstanding! I love my new bathroom, it feels fresh and contemporary, and the quality workmanship really shows. From first contact to final finish I can’t fault their service.
Ben and his team did an amazing job of fixing our bathrooms after a burst pipe in the wall between our two bathrooms.
He listened to our needs and helped with suggestions for layout and what would work with design. It was a challenging time with Covid lockdowns, but Ben managed the project well, sent photos and communicated with us regularly. There were logistical problems and timelines changed, but nothing was an issue for Ben. The quality and workmanship are excellent.

After wanting to renovate my bathroom for close to 5 years but not proceeding due to fear of not finding a good builder I am so glad I came across Ben and the team at Bespoke bathrooms. Ben and Baxter did an excellent job with our bathroom, and we would (and already have) recommended Bespoke Bathrooms to our friends. Ben worked with us from start to finish and helped us brainstorm ideas of how we could best utilise the small space. Ben and Baxter were always quick on providing alternative options/solutions when we hit some road blocks and they were flexible when we changed our vision a few times. We really enjoyed working with them and would hire them again for another job.
