Often called 'white ants' subterranean termites that can damage your home usually nest in soil or trees and can travel up to 100m to find food in the bush or in our homes. They generally eat cellulose-containing materials, especially timber. Termites can chew through the structural timbers of a house: the frames, walls, roof and floors.
Our Pre-Purchase timber pest inspectors report on all areas of potential house purchases including the sub-floor, roof void, internal rooms and areas within 50 metres of the dwelling to the boundary lines. Our inspectors report on previous and current termite activity, past termite treatments based on evidence or paperwork presented.

Take note drivers, when you are driving a company vehicle displaying your company advertising on the side, you should treat other road users with respect and courtesy, otherwise your advertising will have a negative impact.
Whilst trying to merge lanes in Argyle Street, Camden at 8.30 this morning, the driver of the MLC vehicle accelerated to box me out, accompanied by 3 long loud blasts on the car horn. He did it again at the other end of Argyle Street, and I actually had to accelerate to merge in front of the car which was in front of me, MLC drove within centimetres of the car in front of me

A very poor service. They came to my house on December and only 6 weeks and I got all the insects back in my house as if nothing was done. I have been trying to ask them to come again, I have to wait for… another 2 weeks living with the ants, until they come. Finally on the day, they cancelled the appoitment for a sick tech. I have to wait another 10 days to get someone to do my house . I will not recommended them to anyone.
