Đź™‚ I have an old interior door (1920s villa) that I needed to lock without changing all the hardware etc. I had no original key & they have taken the time to make changes to an existing key that I had for another room... so now I can use the one key on both doors. I couldn't be happier with the knowledge, service, price, speed & courtesy. Thanks so much 🤗

Won’t go with anyone else now, they were booked out for when I initially wanted them to rekey my rental - I’m so glad I waited - Paul is the ultimate professional, shares the appropriate information so folks have worry free use of their locks. Price was best I’ve had yet and 3 lock cylinders were completely replaced !!!! cos they were cheap rubbish, and time intensive to rekey. Now I’ll have no rekey issues with those locks. Thanks Paul - thanks Port Locksmiths :)

Wonderful customer service! Went well out of their way to help me with my difficult car key. Even took the time to figure out why the key wasn’t opening my boot, which I had not even asked him to do. Really happy with the service I received and will recommend. Cute store front with home locks, bike locks, key cutting and more. Extremely reasonable prices.

Was about to phone an auto locksmith or the car dealership but stopped in here driving past and I’m glad I did! I had trouble turning my car key in the ignition barrel and needed a spare key cut too. Was quoted $400+ from Holdens who thought I needed a replacement ignition! Paid just a fraction of this at Port Locksmiths. The guys were very helpful talking me through the issues and explaining the process. Exceptional customer service without missing a beat! A local gem would recommend people outside of the area to travel down. It’s worth it! Don’t waste your money cutting car keys at dealerships

Sorted out a replacement key for my ford mondeo in less than 15 minutes (key cut, programmed, and car ready to drive away). The ford dealership wanted the car for 1/2 a day and quoted $400 for the job. Port Locksmiths did it for a fraction of that. Very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.
