Hands down, the best service in this industry by far. Paul & his team are extremely courteous and helpful. When the garage door that is only 3yrs old stopped working this team was a great support.
I made an enquiry call on a Monday and they were here by Thursday of the same week.
Paul explained to me all the options available to me including the whys & what if's, short & long term scenarios.
A very friendly team.
Highly recommend them.

Over a month and two calls later, I still haven't heard from anyone with this company! Was told he needed to 'talk to his off-sider' and 'need to get a part'.
Called another company and they were straight out and fixed my problem.....no 'part' needed!
NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I have had a conversation with the owner and he was most apologetic. It seems there are certain elements within the company that may need to adjust their approach to how they do business.
While I leave my original review in place
and reading the other glowing reviews, I believe it fair to say that this company is

I needed a new panel lift door supplied and installed. I phoned 2 company's to get quotes. Tom from Active Garage Doors answered the phone and made an appointment to measure & quote. I was very happy he arrived on time for the quote, he was very helpful with samples and advise. The other company did not arrive at the time they suggested and I had to phone them for the quote days later.
Active Garage Doors was not the cheapest but they by far had the best Customer Service.
And the installer arrived on time and did a fantastic tidy job,
I totally recommend Active Garage Doors ...

It's certainly not everyday (unfortunately) that one gets the sort of amazing service that i received recently from Active Garage Doors. Paul (from Active Garage Doors) did a fantastic job servicing my existing door. It was a pleasant surprise to deal with someone so dedicated to providing such excellent and honest service. This business is excellent. After an accident with my car which damaged my garage door I was referred to Active Garage Doors. Tom was efficient, professional and reliable. Paul who came initially was great as well he made sure the garage door was safe until a new one could be installed. Darren who fitted my door today was fantastic, friendly and did a great job and took away the mess!! He made sure the door was working properly before he left. I would highly recommend anyone needing a garage door to use this business. It's hard to find great service like this these days. Thank you Jacqueline South

From the honest advice during the initial quote to the professional installation, my dealings with the guys at Active Garage Doors has been first rate. It's been a few months now and the new garage door has not missed a beat. It's whisper quiet, came with plenty of remotes, and just looks great. Good customer service is hard to find these days and so when you get it, it stands out. It was very much appreciated.

"Active" was the fourth quote I sought and the only one that I had confidence in at once. Tom called promptly and his quote not only included a clear and knowledgeable assessment, but was the best price, without any prompting from me. The new door was ready when he said it would be and installed very quickly and competently. It was installed using the original motor, which saved money for me and operates as smoothly and quietly as silk. Very impressed with a company that is direct and clear and simply tries hard to do their job the way the customer requires: right, and economically. I'd recommend
