Rack World Systems caters for all custom build requirements, large or small. Our sales staff can consult with you to discuss your specific requirements for custom racks, or else you can simply supply a drawing with measurements. We'll then provide a quote according to your exact specifications and share with you our professional recommendations.
Rack World Systems ships across Australia on a daily basis and offer several delivery options according to customer's requirements. The standard hours of these services are between Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4:30pm local time. Optional delivery outside these hours is available at an additional charge.

Ordered a 007 half rack and shelves.
Dispatch was quick and the goods appear to be good quality (no significant burrs, roughness, or scratches).
Some minor complaints however:
- The goods were not delivered on a pallet, so it was annoying for the courier
- The rack arrived covered in dust
- The sliding shelf arrived covered in grease and fingerprints
...which meant needing to spend some time cleaning everything before I could put it to use

A recent purchase of a Server Rack from the Rack World web site, I found what i was looking for very easy. The Server Rack provided excellent access front rear and both sides. It has full flexibility and a great range of accessories to build with. Its rigid build makes it quit heavy so the supplied locking wheels makes for easy positioning.
Delivery was excellent and a courtesy phone call letting me know it had been dispatched for delivery . Thank's.

Just a great experience from go to whoa. Joseph and his team are experts in this field and nothing was too hard or complicated. I needed a server rack exactly to fit my needs (32RU) and it was in stock. I wanted a mesh door (comes with a glass door) to suit the 32RU Rack, again in stock. The product arrived in two days and its quality is fantastic. It's on wheels, but heavy duty feet were also supplied. More than happy to recommend these folks. Again, excellent people, excellent products and first class service. Cheers
