Excellent service by Charles and Daniela from the moment we stepped into the store for the first time to select from the beautiful range of tiles through to the completion of our work. Questions were responded to in a patient and helpful way. The beautiful tiles including the vintage floor tiles are a standout and have attracted many compliments!

When my wife and I first stepped in back in late 2020, we had pages and pages of reference images. I felt so bad for Daniela, but she took the time to gather sample pieces as well as mixed and matched the tiles, till we found the right combination.
It is the passion and integrity that they have demonstrated, that will make us returning customers as well as referrals of their business without hesitation.

If you're looking for something unique and not "just like everyone else's" you have to go see Charles at Kalafrana Ceramics. Huge range of absolutely beautiful tiles, the hardest part is just choosing one. I would highly recommend anyone after tiles to go check it out and have a chat with Charles about your next project, he is a wealth of knowledge.
