I approached your company in good faith regarding a window, after many calls and promises many time that you would get back to me, that didn't happen.
If you didn't want the job just say it, by not making a simple call to say that you don't want the work.

I needed a new shower screen, was just going to go to Bunnings but thought i would ask for advice first, Glass in Paradise came around and explained everything, and showed me what i needed.
Glass In Paradise did everything for me and it worked out a lot cheaper than i thought.
