The guy helped my case was friendly and polite and tried to help me on his best of ability. However, the management team was terrible, they cancelled my booking TWO times without informing me and I had find out myself after I called them. The products that I used were terrible, only last about 13 months and BOTH broke down, also the product only have 1 year warranty when most of other brands have at least 2 years of warranty. I spent $220 for a technician call out fee to tell me the product is broken and I need to replace it (something I already knew), and it took about less than 30 mins. Therefore
