I engaged Brett to fix the lock on my sliding door late last year. Brett was very professional and quick to reply. He gave me an estimate after I sent the photo and came to fix it the very next day. Brett even messaged me prior to leaving his last job to say he was on his way, I wish more tradesman do that... He even took the door out to check the bottom of the door and sliding track to ensure the lock is working.

I locked my self out of my house. I googled and found his number. Brett was at my place in less than 15 minutes. I found his services very professional and is very reasonable with his prices. He also cut me a key on the spot and didnt charge extra. I definitely recommend his services.

I needed a new barrel and keys so rang this company and they were able to come out the next day.

Brett was fantastic in helping us change our locks and provided great advice along the way. I'm not one to usually write reviews but Brett's customer service was second to none. After the main job was completed, we asked if he could assist with an unrelated issue (stuck screws from DIY blind installation!) which we didn't have the tools to fix. There was no hesitation and Brett managed to resolve the issue free of charge. We wouldn't hesitate to use Universal Locks again. In fact, we happily have his business magnet stuck to our fridge.

Can't recommend Brett enough!! He's very very very(Yes,need to say that 3 times) professional、honest, helpful, genuine guy! After fixing the front door he took time to help me with the balcony door as well. Fantastic service!
