Despite COVID hold-ups, Dawson kept me informed, came and smashed out a ducted Daikin 2-zone ceiling unit (heat+cool) over ~2 days. Everything was included and the team were professional, friendly and zero-fuss. The price was right and the product perfect. Cheers! (this was my 2nd time using Dawson)

We just had our heating and cooling replaced with an all new system.
The team who came to do the installation impressed with the professionalism. It ran like clockwork. It was great to see the experienced staff teaching and respecting the younger team members. I was so pleased they took WHS seriously and also the care for my family. They detected… a problem that unrelated to the install that would have been dangerous if left. They didn’t leave it, they saw it was fixed before they would leave.

The two guys that came and serviced our aircon this morning did a stellar job solving a few minor issues. They were personable and had a good sense of humour given I initially answered the door in a towel with a crying baby on my hip 😂. Thanks 🙏🏻 🤩.

It’s the small things that matter.
Even through these challenging times the team at Dawson Heating & Cooling had no issues with my small request to mount my outdoor condenser unit onto brackets on the wall from where is had been originally installed on the ground. Communication was easy and allowed me to plan my day around the works being completed – I particularly appreciated the half hour call beforehand to advise the technician was on his way.
Jacob the technician was knowledgeable, efficient and best of all polite!

This business is a pleasure to deal with. The staff who took our order and helped us (Karly and two others whose names I have forgotten, sorry) are intelligent, bright and really know their products. The air conditioning vent covers are a terrific product, and it's a breath of fresh air to deal with such a nice business.

Great locally owned company Highly recommend When when our heater shorted out and they could have charged to come out, they talked us through some trouble shoots and all fixed!

I want to say how absolutely thrilled we were at the level of service you provided. The people who did our quote, the installers and electricians were an absolute pleasure to deal with. A minor misunderstanding about one aspect of where we wanted the aircon located was easily solved without any fuss or problems. The work was all carried out sooner and quicker than we expected.
And the unit is quiet and effective.

Johnathan was with us throughout our new build and always went the extra mile to tend to our request and always have given us his honest… opinions. We've engaged twice, first to install our Evaporative system last October and just today to install the vent covers, the same ones as posted below. A little more expensive but worth it for simplicity. Service on both occasions was simple, efficient and friendly. Office and field staff alike. Shout outs to Brett, Dicko, Julie, Karly, & Jordan. All too easy working with these guys. I'll be calling them out again when the system falls due for its first service.

I finally decided to get Evaporative vent covers. Found Dawson’s on Facebook. Dawson were very prompt on reply and delivery. They were very easy to put up. My house will be much warmer this winter. Have included photo of before and after. Thanks Dawson. Great service. Highly recommend 👍🏼

Thoroughly satisfying experience dealing with the team at Dawson’s for a service on my split system. I’ve had plenty of experience with other air conditioning companies and never encountered anywhere even close to parity in regards to service turn around, technician knowledge, and friendly front of shop staff.
I’ll certainly be utilizing their services again and would implore anyone in a similar situation to give them a yell.

Absolute pleasure to deal with from the lady in the office who was friendly and very helpful to the technicians who came out to service and repair our heating unit who were professional and again very friendly. The value for money was a pleasant surprise given they had to make the trip three time to complete the job but at no extra cost. We will definitely use these guys again for both our heating and cooling units and I can't recommend enough that you should do the same.

Would highly recommend anyone looking for a company that goes out of their way to be helpful. We have an old system and they have been fantastic trying to help us getting it fixed. a big thank you to everyone there.

I have been a customer for a good part of a decade for both my business and home. Jonathan and his team have looked after us during both routine maintence and emergencies.
Our home air-con broke during the recent very hot spell and Jonathan attended to us and fixed the problem while he was totally swamped and worked 14 hour days. He didn't have to take the job, but he did it not because he had to, but because he genuinelly wanted to help.

We recently had a new air conditioner installed from Dawson Air Conditioning.
We were very impressed with their professional service from first contact to final installation. Furthermore the company is equal opportunity employer. We had a wonderful female installer who impressed us with her work and her work ethic. She went over and above her call of duty by working late to get the job done as the delivery of the air-conditioner as well as some parts has arrived late. Molly was also a very clean worker.
