Avoid these spammers. Constantly send junk mail, then when you click unsubscribe they don't actually let you unsubscribe.. they offer to send you some link due to "security" to go through a process to unsubscribe. Absolute rubbish, never had to do this for ANY other company. Hopefully they go bankrupt, disgusting practises

Their lights are actually quite nice, however their service was hopeless. We spent 7 weeks trying to get a replacement part for a faulty light. The 'customer service' (ha!) team constantly promised that the part was coming, but it never did. I'm not sure if they are hopelessly incompetent or just didn't care - I suspect a bit of both. Eventually we reported them to Consumer Affairs Victoria, which finally got their attention and some action.

Would not recommend this company at all. I bought a light for our new house last October only to be told in December our order could not be found. We were told another one would be ordered and would arrive in January. Which I had to chase up and again it could not be found. Another order again was placed and this time the light arrived in April only to find it was nothing like the photo on the website. It was a cheap imitations. I called immediately to complain and was told no it looked just like the imagage online. I then sent through photo comparisons showing they were using a photo from pottery

Buyer beware. Paid thousands for 2 chandelier fittings for our new home. One fell apart under its own weight after 2 weeks and the second one which featured multiple LED lights only illuminated 60% of the lights. Complained to Amonson about these units and was told in writing that they had known quality issues with their factory in Asia and had since sourced another manufacturer. They agreed to replace my fittings but insisted that I pay the freight for the 2 new fittings to be delivered, which I refused. I had the replacements installed by a licenced contractor in a brand new home and have since

BUYER BEWARE. I was sent two faulty lamps, one with missing parts the other with a faulty driver. Lamps were on website as halogen but ones I received were (very weak and dull) LED. Have spent over $1000 trying to get the lamps fixed at my own expense but still not right. Amonson lighting have terrible customer service and have made no steps to compensate me for my out of pocket expenses, replace the faulty items or give me a refund. My electrician said the drivers the lamps came with were substandard and of very poor quality and expressed concern about their safety. Shop elsewhere.
