The team at Giffards Floorworld were great at helping us with all of our needs several years ago, with a great range, and lovely staff. They fitted us with some beautiful wool carpets that still look amazing, 5 years on. We had such a great experience with them, that we knew we had to use them again when we were assisting with a renovation - and again, the job that they and their fitters did was top notch. We recently purchased 3 rooms of carpet that needed to be installed on 2 different dates as the rooms wouldn't all be finished at the same time..Giffards staff were great and communication was great..the carpet installers did a lovely job...we are very happy and recommend them for your flooring needs!

The contractor they use to lay the flooring is fantastic 10/10 would use this place again given the professional finish that they produce. Initially I was also really impressed by the salesman who dealt with my inquriy he provided a price indication quickly and booked in someone to measure and quote. They are happy to negotiate pricing which I appreciated and take in to account the scale of the job (big incentive if your doing the whole house or trying to keep it all with one place). However they did ask for money before the job was completed. The job took a long time to finish.
