Unfortunately we did not have a great experience overall with our backyard makeover.
* Communication was great at the start, unfortunately however as the weeks/months went by it all but disappeared. Multiple unanswered calls/txts/emails
* The wrong exposed aggregate concrete colour was installed (we were financially compensated for this)
* A large selection of plants were planted that were not specified on our landscape design
* Project ran way over time
* Multiple issues with temporary fencing/safety. Our project included a pool. Initially not enough fencing was supplied to adequately surround

Three tiered rock wall out front, retaining walls out back, driveway widened, paths all around, lawns, gardens, drainage, plumbing and side gate. A lot of work and Malcom, Brett and the team did a great job. Rock wall and gardens are a real feature from the street with fantastic colours in the rocks. Very happy with the outcome and happy to recommend to others.

When Malcolm, Adam and the team at Brizscapes came to survey our yard we presented them with a complete mess as we had a terrible experience with another landscaper. However, they were 100% up for the challenge and they did not disappoint! We had such a fabulous relationship with the team during the works, the communication was open, honest and accurate and we couldn't be happier with the results. It has far exceeded our expectations and we are now so proud of our space. Malcolm is wonderful to deal with, professional and an absolute expert in his field. We contacted Malcolm in desperation when a half completed job (by someone else) had come to a standstill. Nothing was too much trouble for Malcom, he was happy to share his knowledge and assist in anyway he could. What a legend, I couldn't recommend him more highly! We love our new garden so much! It was a very steep slope and Malcolm and his team created an amazing transformation. They understood what we wanted and kept checking in with us to make sure we were happy with progress. We were very impressed with their communication and work ethic. We are so happy with the final result and it was even better than we had imagined. We recommend Brizscapes very highly!

Recently had the front of our property landscaped by Brizescapes. Was impressed with the professionalism, attitude and efficiency displayed by Malcolm and his team. They were punctual and very helpful with their advice in how to look after the project once they had finished and departed. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced landscape gardener.

Thank you to everyone at Brizscapes who helped create and turn our blank yard into something just breathtaking. We absolutely love our landscaping and yard space we have for our growing family.
