I recently engaged Tommy to come out to my place to install a new Lopi inbuilt wood heater. Initially, I was in two minds whether to go for the Lopi or the Cheminees Philippe. After a few calls with Tommy, he suggested that the Lopi would be the best option for the house I have. In that aspect, he was really good to get advice on what would work best.
I ordered it through Wignells and Tommy picked up the unit and installed it without any issues. There was a small defect, he had picked up on it and arranged the warranty process on my behalf too. Went through very thoroughly on how to use and maintain

Tom is a true professional - he answered my calls or returned them quickly and kept me posted about when he would be able to come during this very difficult time and the COVID safe plan. Tom came on time and I felt very comfortable with him in my home whilst we cannot be there. He is a family man with an understanding for kids and how hard this has been to negotiate. Our house did not have any heating in the kids area during winter because of COVID but is now finally warm and the fire looks gorgeous. Thank you Fireworx I couldn’t be happier!

Tommy and the team at Fireworx Plumbing were excellent to deal with. We had a few issues with our chimney and fireplace and Tommy was really helpful in providing a solution. The actual install of our heater went really smoothly and we're so happy with the results. Great communication and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

I had a wood stove installed by Thomas early this year and was very pleased with the end result as well as the quote and helpful advice given. I subsequently requested additional installation work on exhaust fans for kitchen and bathroom which were completed with same level of competency and friendliness.

A huge thanks to Thomas for doing an awesome installation job on our new Cheminees Philippe wood heater, installed to perfection! Thomas answered all our questions and was very helpful. A top quality Tradie is hard to find these days, reliable, great communication, skillful & knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional, not to mention all works done at a fair and reasonable cost..
