I want to say that I am very grateful to Pedro and Daniel. This is a late thank you. They are really dedicated and hardworking. I think they are like a magical combination with endless energy. The most important thing is that they have a positive and cheerful personality. Our furniture is really heavy. They are patient and careful, very sincere and kind. They worked hard until late that day, beyond the normal working hours, but they persisted. I am really touched, thank you for meeting such a good person in the moving company. They are the best service and highly recommend to everyone!

Thank you very very much! Best service ever! I met Rick to give me a quote on the move and he seemed very professional and competent. On the moving day two gentlemen from premium removals “Lineker and Igor” turned up early and did a great job. Very friendly people and very hard working. They had the job complete in the same time frame that Rick quoted and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Lineker and Igor are worth their weight in gold. These guys are such good value, easy to work with and speedy. When we arrived at the property I was moving into, there was no where close for them to park so they carried everything from the next street to my apartment without an issue. Rick, Pedro and Dani are all friendly beautiful people and made my move smooth and enjoyable. They are quiet and professional. Showed up on time as well as doing such a large job on short notice for a decent price. I was actually underquoted for the job and even tho this came at extra costs, due to the fixed quote an previous conversation but unlike several other companies I used this one wrote the costs and took ownership of that mistake. That takes alot of courage and integrity to me. I'd use these guys again in a heart beat they are worth every penny.... thank you again guys. I appreciate you

Absolute disgusting experience I had ever dealt with!! Booked with company Move With Ease for 9am, then they informed me 7am, then 8am premium removal company i have never booked or spoken with messages me at… 8.30am to say truck is broken! At this point I’m dealing with 2 contact Moblie numbers from premium removals I have no clue who they are as the original company Move with ease will not answer phone! Finally decide to turn up at 9.50am with a truck the size of a moving van, no company name displayed 😡 to move a 3 bedroom unit! Informed me now 3 guys will be moving and

My experience with Gold Coast Premium Removals has been excellent from start to finish. Rick was very flexible in accommodating my requests. And the two men who looked after me on the day - Mat & Luca - were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
