Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking the appointment. If you cancel the booking more than 24 hours, you can get a credit note for the amount paid which you can use within next 2 months. If cancelled in less than 24 hours before time of appointment / booking or in case of no-show, order will not be refunded.

I cannot express my appreciation to Jeff and his work colleague for their superb customer service and expertise regarding the cleaning stages for my carpet. My carpet was smelling quite bad for a past few days. As I took a closer look, it came into my observation that it is too dirty and the fibre is getting damaged because of it. Thanks to the efficient team of Fantastic Carpet Cleaning. I did not expect that my old carpet will start looking like a new one all over again. The fibres have also got back the previous lush. I am looking forward to call them up again for upholstery cleaning.
