The clients brief was to provide an internal renovation to transform a few areas of the existing house into more comfortable spaces. These works included opening up of the living / dining / kitchen zone as well as upgrade of bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was a clear focus for these works. The quality of this space was required to reflect the clients' passion for cooking.
From the waiting room to the consultation rooms, your practice should promote a calming atmosphere. The fittings you choose will influence how your patients feel when they visit your practice. Patients are often anxious when visiting a medical facility for a consultation or procedure and they deserve to be in an environment that is calming and soothing.

This review only comments on the visual appearance upon which the public must view. As Motus chooses to work in the public realm, so is their work for public review.
First the Positives.
Motus does indeed perform better than some of it's competitors in terms of design. 19 Douro Rd is South Fremantle is such an example, I have often drove past it and admired it. Best yet there was no heritage or historical buildings knocked down to build it. It does have a premium look to it. A firm which engages in community conscious developments in Perth?

One of staff asked me exchange review. He gave my business 5 star and I gave 5 as well. When this business got 5 star did not say anything but when gets 1 then says you are not customer. I am not your direct customer but I have used your design and not impressive. I think most of your reviews are same like mine exchanged or managed.

I have had the pleasure of working with Motus as a consultant - providing energy efficiency compliance & certification for their projects. Their documentation & communication are both worthy of five stars. Being able to access the architectural revit model is also a bonus as I can cut additional sections and take accurate measurements that wouldn't be possible from dwg of pdf drawings.
I would gladly recommend Motus as an architectural firm for your next project, and if you are a consultant thinking of working with Motus - I would recommend them as great architects to deal with.
