The Realzar team has created an incredible outcome for my pre sale. We had a major set back from nature and the team worked around and in between still finishing the renovations and nature (storm) damage on the eta. This was an amazing result during lockdown. The planning, design & regular reporting gave us the confidence that all work done was according to code and all required certificates were provided. The tradies were helpful, punctual and respectful - Brad co-ordinated their work with precision, he was a joy to work with. Any minor defects were remedied without delay.

Mobilising within days after our 1960s investment flat in Hawthorn went vacant, needing a new bathroom and a kitchen upgrade, Job done and dusted in just over a month, cleverly recycling the existing kitchen to look new. Realzar managed the process smoothly and with excellent communication (Brad you are amazing). A great outcome on a tightly managed budget.

Took possession of our new unit on Friday late afternoon and moving in Sunday. Needed cleaners at the last moment and this company really came through and did a fantastic job. Paula and Alicia were fantastic from the start of the conversations to the very end of the project. They designed and project managed every little detail of the renovation of our newly purchased house. Their designs brought the fixer-upper to life with the final result turning out to be exceptional and with no resemblance to the desolate house we had bought.
They educated us through selecting and bringing in in the builder and trades. In order to keep the costs low, they also helped us figure out what we should be working through the builder for and what we could be bringing in separate trades

Amazing work by Paola and her team at my home in Doncaster East. In less than a month they transformed my place and gave it the wow factor it needed to demand a good auction result. Paola is good at what she does, good communicator and has an equally good team to back her up.
