I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received from BBQ Authority. Being an elderly woman I remember when there was customer service, and it was so nice to know a few companies still have it. Michelle helped me and she was terrific. I recommend them to everyone!
My mont alpi outdoor kitchen looks great on my patio. It still has the plastic around it, I'm waiting to get someone out to connect it for me. But it still looks great.

BBQ Authority was an amazing experience! I worked with Michelle and Melonie to purchase an Alfa Allegro oven, table and tool kit. Being a Chef I knew this was a great product. The ordering, shipping and delivery were all communicated very well. All products arrive in perfect condition and in less than 5 business days. Which is really good with our current conditions with the shipping industry. I will continue to order any of my BBQ/cooking equipment from them due the the great experience! The Allergo is a beast! Only regret is not getting it sooner in life!

I was referred to this place through a good friend, so I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The BBQ sauces (and the extra hot ones) were delicious. Also, the order was placed and it only took a few days to get to me. The customer service, the packaging, the sauces... everything was perfect! I will definitely order more. I highly recommend.

BBQ authority was great because they communicated every step of the way through the order process to the delivery. They used a company called Forward Air and they delivered the item completely intact and I damaged. I was impressed with the professionalism, speed, and level of customer service that BBQ Authority provided. I would definitely buy from them again!

Fantastic experience ordering sauces online w/ BBQ Authority. All sauces were packed tightly with multiple layers of thick bubble wrap, and then the box was absolutely packed with extra padding. You could drop the box off a building and everything would stay in good condition. Also quick shipping and good email communication. Very happy w/ my first time order!

BBQ Authority was wonderful to work with. they found the outdoor cooler we needed and were able to get it shipped to our home within a week at the same competitive price as all the other companies. they provided great tracking and email/text confirmations.
