Last week Friday I called this company for inspection and they confirmed me on Thursday that they will be coming to my place between 8am and 10am. As I need to inform my employer before one day so I have taken an annual leave based on their confirmation. Next day, I was waiting for the technician to turn back but unfortunately no one turn back. I didn't get a call from the company about the delay. I called them around 10am, I ask them about the inspection, one lady took the call and said, '" have to check with the technician and let you know" she rang me after 10 minutes and said "sorry, technician

Awful didn't bother to show up. First they said they would be there from 8am to 10am. Then after hearing nothing from them. I contacted them they said they were running late 1.5 hours late but still coming. Again no contact from them at 1pm . I message them to see why they were not at our house and if they were coming but they didn't bother to get back to me. A week later still no contact. So I wasted my Saturday hanging around our house for nothing. V

I had this company spray for spiders, before they went ahead I asked if there would be any mess. The staff said no mess inside or out. After they had sprayed my windows are covered in a white substance. I had my windows cleaned 4 weeks before they came. I have tried to contact manager for over a week who has refused to phone me back. I phone every day to be told he is too busy.
I would not recommend this company at all to any one as a call from him would have been enough.
