I had a small issue that my garage roller door had been set to manual meaning the button didnt work. Over the phone Craig was able to explain how to fix this issue (pull one cord to reset the system) without needing to come out or charge me a massive fee to fix.

Highly recommended, Craig was friendly, professional and exceeded my expectations. When I first called, he tried to help me solve my issue over the phone for free, when this wasn't possible, we arrange to have him install a new opener and even have me buy the opener as I wanted to use a brand he didn't work with. He came over and installed it, serviced the door and it's running better than it ever has.

Very nice, professional and reasonable service. I loved his punctuality and very satisfied with his quality of work. Craig is the ultimate professional. Arrived on time, great communicator and even though we thought the motor needed to be replaced, he did check the old motor first to see if he could repair it instead of replacing it. After replacing the motor Craig showed me how everything worked and best of all told me any issues to just give him a call and he will come back out. Great to deal with someone local, who wants to look after customers in his local area.

Craig even contacted other companies to do the job as he wasn't able to that day. I chose to wait the few extra days for Craig to get the springs and I'm glad I did. Perfect service! Our two garage doors always have many issues, one could not moved at all and the other one can only open manually. Since we are in Narre Warren South only for few years, so we called the local garage repair company and it was the best thing happened to us and highly recommended.
