Shipping & Warranty Report

We only use couriers to freight our products. Someone must be home to sign for the delivery. If in the event that the courier arrives and there is nobody at home they will leave a "Call in Card" in your letter box. You will then need to contact the courier and arrange another delivery time.

Was served by Mathew and he did a great job at serving a customer (me) that really had no idea what style of light he wanted 😂
He spent probably 5 minutes with me look at light specifications, colours and styles and turned a window looking exercise into a $250 sale.
Well done Mathew on having such patience and willingness to work with me to get the sale. Will definitely be going back in the next few weeks to get another item once I measure the area.

You got lots choices from we really surprised. Hundreds of items. Staff were so helpful. You just take time asking any questions they got right answer. We did not rush to buy but had good look at the items we were interested. We pretty sure if you know what you want very possible you can got it highly recommended.

Having been into the store twice in the last week we have found the staff - Shannon in particular - to be attentive and very helpful, and the prices extremely reasonable. We would definitely recommend Amore Lighting, and we will buy there again 👍

Found exactly what we needed. Staff very helpful. Had assembled the free standing lighting that we had ordered. Saved us the trouble of working out how to put it all together. Carried it out to the car and packed it carefully in the car for us.
