This must the best electrical supply business in the town. The owners are so lovely and take extreme pride in serving customers. I'm building a house and was in the store to buybfans for the house. Everyone at the store is extremely knowledgeable and has no hesitation in spending time with customers. The store has a wide variety of stock products in a very reasonable price, in comparison with some of the other stores in the town which are extremely expensive. No doubt in recommending this store to anybody purchasing electrical products.

Excellent service and staff. Went in with 0 knowledge about what bulb or measurements I needed. The lady that served me was lovely and gave me the most likely choice from the very limited information I had. I did end up getting the wrong size but that was entirely my fault and they refunded me the entire cost. Very impressed and happy to go next time.

We purchased a double beautiful ring crystal pendant light, absolutely loved it...
Have had it for nearly 5 years but In the last 4-6 months was slowly playing up then
Stopped working altogether....thought I’d go and have to pick out another light (as only 3 years
Warranty)But they said bring it back in we will have a look at it....later that day had a phone call
To come in and the factory was giving us a complete new one, as it’s faulty.
Exceptional service, we where not expecting such a kind gesture due to being out of
Warranty! WOW!! You don’t get service like that anymore! Thankyou

I called this store weeks ago to ask about a product and the "young" lady on the phone was SUPER helpful. Unfortunately I went in to the store and was not even greeted by either staff member, one was too busy chatting with someone to even acknowledge me the other just walked away from me when they finished with their customer. My partner has also been in on a separate occasion and was met with rudeness from the owner. This is what you get for trying to support local? We will pay more and buy the product online.
