Holland blinds (otherwise known as roller blinds) consist of fabric that is coiled around an aluminium tube to raise or lower the blind. They can be controlled using a spring mechanism, a chain winder or motorised system. With holland blinds you can enjoy an uninterrupted view when the blind is raised.
Roman blinds are usually attached to a timber head rail where the fabric is neatly wrapped around. The fabric drops straight down and is operated either by cord, by chain or motorised system to pull-up in flat folds revealing a stack at the top of the blind. Standard drape fabric can be bonded to a block out fabric to create custom roman blinds.
