I bought a new house and wanted to change the locks as I didn't know who had copies of the keys. ESL came out quickly to solve the problem. The office staff were very helpful and the locksmith was on time, professional and quickly re-keyed 8 locks with 1 key. I have peace of mind knowing my house is secure! 5 stars ESL, I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely recommend to friends and family!!

ESL were fantastic and I would happily use them again and recommend. I needed a new locking mechanism for an external gate that was well and truly outside of the standard size. The team knew their stuff and were able to fix the problem short term as a specific mechanism needed to be ordered in. It means that I can stay safe while the new part is on order. They were friendly, professional and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after and it was all for a really reasonable price. They also helped with a couple of other queries!

I have been using ESL for 15 years and they have always attended to our needs professionally and courteously. The most recent Locksmith Professional, Paul, came out and fitted all new door handles to all the doors in our house. He was on time, the quality of his workmanship could not be questioned and more importantly, he cleaned up after he finished the job. Cannot thank ESL enough for making this process a breeze.
